Phase 6 — Integration

Phase objective

Combine the four axes (thematic, epistemic, novelty, forecasting) into the three target findings and generate the analyses and figures that drive the manuscript. F1 (epistemic cascade): for each topic, plot evidence-quality and topic-volume trajectories and test the lead-lag relationship with cross-correlation or Granger causality. F2 (dual-novelty divergence): cross-tabulate semantic and structural novelty, trend archetype distributions over time, and relate archetypes to downstream citation impact. F3 (predictive validity): frame the Phase 5 forecasting result within the broader narrative. Bonus analyses include cross-journal seeding networks, per-specialty differences, and institutional/geographic patterns. Deliverable: a draft results section with publication-quality figures, a preprint-ready figure set, and a fully reproducible analyst notebook. Success criterion: at least two of the three target findings hold with appropriate statistical support and co-authors agree the narrative is coherent.
